Removed the Timken bearing from the sprocket shaft
I didn't have one of the bearing pullers as shown in the service manual to remove the Timken bearing off the sprocket shaft and bearing shops wanted over $100 for a suitable puller that I could of used.
So I took to my $30.00 gear puller and made a few mods so that the claws fitted underneath the bearing.

Just filed the claws down a bit until they fitted under the bearing, removed the linkage plates from the puller and bolted the claws straight onto the threaded body of the puller.
Worked well, nice and easy.

Magneto overhaul
Engine is almost stripped and started to overhaul the Magneto. It needs a few new parts including the Magneto drive gear pinion.
I have now decided to go for a complete new magneto as housing on current one needs replacing also.
